| - This place is a freaken night mare, from Joy acting like a hood rat to the so called manager that doesn't do anything. I bought a 2009 Journey here. I did most of the paper work before my husband came to sign. Joy made the deal bur i was originally working woth Caesar, she was gone before we got a chance to get in the car. I get in the car and the gas light was on then the very next day my car wouldn't start and didn't make it to work. So much for "reliable", they came and picked it up the car and changed the battery, i complained about the gas and how unprofessional his staff was and his response was "you should of told Joy about the gas." he didnt care that i was concerned about having a "reliable car" he said that's the chance you take when purchasing a used car. Yes Mr manager but when someone spends 14 thousand on one of your cars I think there's a little more expectation then what your giving me.. I called and came by about the service maintenance on the car, Mr Michael the service guy which by the way is very nice man checks the oil and asked me to bring it back the following week so he could change the oil and check the ac cause it wasn't getting cold, also spoke to bryan about the car shifting hard when put in gear. All before the 30 day so called warranty they have. I come in today on my day off to bring the car in, first Bryan tells me I gotta pay, Mr Michael did not mention that. Then he saids it's gonna be about 2 hours, my grand daughter and I been walking around for 2 and a half hours waiting for the car, i go in to see if it's done but noticed the car was in the same place, Jose asks me can i bring it next week. Really??!!! I've been waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes on my day off!!!! This must be the Las Vegas customer service policy, sale and then stick it to them. I think its so wrong how nice they are to you until you sign then your nothing!!! management is a joke, if I could give them minus 5 stars I would!
