  • "Meh. I've experienced better" is Yelp's description of two stars and I couldn't agree more. We had a reservation for 6 at 6:30 on a Tuesday in March (during spring break) and arrived and were sat promptly. Waters delivered, wine ordered....25 minutes later the wine was delivered and our waiter seemed surprised we were ready to order. I got the soup of day, which was a pork tamale and the caesar salad. I ordered them both as my entree (at least, I thought that was obvious), yet the soup was delivered at least 20 minutes before my salad and everyone else's meals. That was a little awkward. The soup itself was fine. Nothing I'd order again, but not bad and a good size for $8. The salad was very overdressed and the croutons hard, but the lettuce was fresh and the size decent. I'd get it again with the dressing on the side. The patio is very cute, but the wicker chairs hurt to sit on (in a dress) and are angled for relaxing, not eating. Overall the service was extremely lacking and the entire meal took 2.5 hours to complete. I would not return. As an aside- Two people in my group got the mushroom etouffee and thought it was great (sea bass and pea/cous cous salad did not receive good reviews.)
