  • I signed up for yelp for this one review. I have never reviewed anything online before. I will not tell my whole story because I've already wasted too much time on this crappy company and this crappy situation I am in. Worst Company Ever! They have most unhelpful managers and worst customer service of all time. Sounds drastic, but I'm serious. Had an issue with a couch and while the manufacture was great to work with and helpful, I had to go around Big's to get it done. They also have wasted hours of my life by making every decision about this more complicated than it needed to be. I wish I would have never walked into their store. I bought from them to save $200 and will end up spending over $400 more to finally get my couches. They suck. I agree with the reviews above me - Ken will lie to you and then screw you if he can. They will not try to be helpful in any sort of way and will not be nice about anything either.
