  • Toys R Us at Vaughan Mills My Son and I have been here for numerous occasions and celebration gifts for him or a classmate/relative. Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016 however will go down as our best visit as the staff there were ALL phenomenal and helped us out considerably as the gift card system was down and I was trying to purchase LEGO Dimensions for my Son which took a few tries. I would really like to acknowledge : 1. Sarah (Customer Service) Sarah looked around the whole store to find us when the Gift Card system was back onliine 2 Virginia (Customer Service) 3 Warren (Video Games) 4. Doug (Manager) Thanks a lot to them for a wonderful experience shopping there. Update : As of this past Sunday, Feb., 7 - abovementioned Sarah (Customer Service) helped us out again considerably with an issue we were having. Amazing!
