  • Usually no problems when I've eaten at Cafe Rio except at this particular location. When I was paying for my Taco Meal I tried handing my punch card to the cashier who told me he couldn't punch it for taco meals. I asked why and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know. I guess because it's one of the cheaper meals." If there are rules behind the whole punch card thing you might want to consider enlightening the cashiers because this kid didn't have a clue.
