  • I have to update my review to give it an extra star. I recently did the VIP Experience. It cost $150 per non-member, but it was worth the price for a customized, behind-the-scenes, three-hour tour. I fed flamingos, held a few birds such as owls and parrots in my hands, watched a penguin paint me a painting, toured the kitchen where food is prepared, and walked around the hospital to see sick birds. The employees were very nice.
