  • I go to the store because I am a professional. There are things here that aren't at other places and vice versa. What sucks is when you call ahead to ask for something and you get there and they don't have it. I'm down to the wire for needing a product that I'll be needing in a few minutes on somebody and I have no time to go across town to a different store to get it. I'm constantly disappointed with this store and the only reason why I go here's because it's close to home. Most of the employees don't know anything about the products because they were never hairdressers before. Things are always discontinued, out of stock, or there's no knowledge of the product although other stores carry it. On the other hand the prices are great for things that are in other stores such as tanning lotions shampoos conditioners and styling tools.
