  • It was our first house purchase and we were nervous about the process. Steven James was our realtor and he did a great job in explaining us all the details about the purchasing and leading us through the whole process until closing the house and even beyond that. Steven showed us every house we planned to see and explained us many unobvious details. As the result, we bought a very pretty house in Tempe and paid for the house reasonable price. In addition to that, we learnt from Steven a lot about houses and many details which were very important for us because we have never owned the house before. Steven made everything possible to get the best deal on the house we liked. He was leading all the paperwork and documentation flow. Steven also recommended us services like flooring, painting,tree nursery etc. He also told us about the services we had to connect. We were very surprised how smooth our house purchase was. We were more than satisfied with the service Hill Group provided us and we recommend them (and Steven!) as best local realtors.
