  • My Monta review has been delayed to its full capacity. Monta I say is easily the best ramen spot in my opinion. I was super addicted to this stuff at one point, shoyu ramen with corn and butter with a sh*t ton of spicy powder on top. Stuff is crack. I am even surprised how I used to be able to finish a whole bowl with extra chashu even! no soup leftover to the last drop! Why am I missing a star? I guess consistensy is questionable in recent times. There are some days where the broth is a bit in the salty or bland side, some days where the noodles are a bit undercooked. Either days, I would still pick Monta over any other ramen place (I've been to 5 other) in town, that's it!
