  • This is probably the 3rd or 4th phone I've had ghost armor on. And I make my kids get it on their phones too. But my last experience was not at the same level as previous. I went in with my new iPhone 7 and the guy convinced me to pay $50 for the glass. He said if your glass would shatter, this one shatters first. That afternoon, I brought it back because the glass thing looked awful. There was a large white line around the face of my phone. So the guy put on the regular stuff, which is less, but didn't give me a refund for the difference. But as long as it works, we're cool. Fast forward one month. The ghost armor is peeling off in multiple places on the front and the back. So I took it back and explained what happened, and the guy put a new one on the front and the back. He said the first time it must have been a bad install. But I still had to pay another $20. And I said, what should I do if this one peels? And he said, just bring it back in! Why? So you can charge me another $20? I'm not happy. In the future, I will just buy my screen protectors online. They are under $10 and work just as well. Simply giving me the refund or replacing the "bad install" at no charge could have kept me as a happy customer. Too bad.
