| - Even though I'm only giving Tiabi 3 stars, I'll be back. Why?
-The prices are fair
-the atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and work friendly
-the employees are extra helpful
-the food is just okay
While the waffle alone is tasty, there's nothing extremely unique about it. And when put in sandwich form, the only unique thing is that it's sandwich stuff....inside a waffle. If you're expecting to be full, you may need to order another menu item as well.
Here's what I've had:
-Golden waffle- tasty basic comfort food
-Vegan Tiabi Waffle- no difference in taste/texture so also tasty
-West Coast Wafflewich- bland and not filling
-Tokyo wafflewich (i think that's what it was called. pretty much chicken, lettuce, and special dressing)- bland and not filling
-Avocado Dream Smoothie - not my jam
-I had a really delicious Coconut/Lime drink not listed on their menu online
Like I did state before though, the atmosphere is top notch. Everyone is warm, friendly, and very helpful when it comes to making food decisions. The other day I was there to pick up the golden waffle and I was kindly offered syrup, utensils, a back, all with a smile :-D The service definitely makes up for the okay food, and I'll probably just stick to ordering things on the sweeter side as opposed to the savory (bland) sandwiches.
