  • BUYER BEWARE. Do not do business with this dealership if you have a trade-in. They took 56 days to pay off my trade-in vehicle after I called them multiple times and went to the dealership in person. I finally threatened to turn them in to the Attorney General because they were trying to sell my trade in without even paying off the lien and my loan was FINALLY paid off that same day (the magic of a legal threat). During the 56 days that I waited, I had to pay the car payments on both my new car and the one I gave to them and was charged numerous fees by my financial institution because I no longer had insurance on the trade-in vehicle. You would think this would be the end of the nightmare of doing business with this dealership, but NO- they tried to short me $600 by paying off the amount of my loan on the trade-in, rather than the amount we agreed to on our sales contract (they must not understand that the word contract means you're obligated to come through on your word). I was finally fed up at this point and had no other choice but to report these crooks to the Arizona Attorney General's Office by submitting a formal complaint to get the money they owed me. A few days after submitting the complaint, the dealership called and left me a voicemail stating that they "just" got the check they tried to send me for the payoff difference back as returned mail...I'm pretty sure returned mail doesn't take 2 weeks to be sent back within the same city. They said they needed me to contact them to verify my address (even though they managed to get my plate and tags to me with no issues) or pickup the check in person, so I returned their call to go along with their games and get my check. When I called back the girl who answered said she was "just informed that they mixed up the files and that they didn't mean to leave me that voicemail". So I updated my complaint with the Attorney General because I could tell they were once again trying to pull something, and suddenly received a check for the payoff difference ($600) in the mail a week later (once again like magic!). They back dated the check to 3 weeks before to make it look like they weren't trying to steal my money (more games). I will NEVER do business with a non-franchised dealership again and I will warn any person who mentions this dealerships name to stay far away. I feel bad for all of the people that do business with them that don't have the experience I do to know how wrong their business practices are and have money stolen from them without them realizing it.
