  • I have been a landlord since 1989. With respect to my properties in the Phoenix area, we had been through several management companies and were never satiated (hence the several management companies). We hired Crest Premier Properties in September of 2010, and have been very satisfied with their service. They provide timely communication and response to our tenants as well as us. The go the extra mile, and are very ethical. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a property management company.
