  • I was excited to see Lee's had opened near my house however when I went in I received the worst customer service experience. The employee told me I was a "difficult customer" because I was inquiring for a wine they didn't carry in stock. He then proceeded to tell me to drive to a different Lee's (which is 20 min away from my house while this one is 2 min from my place) if I wanted to have that wine. Turns out the store did carry my wine but the employee was too lazy to go look for it. I will now continue to make the extra drive to go to Total Wine n More where I always receive helpful and courteous service.
