  • I hate to drop stars for a company, however I feel that quality of service has declined. I'm not what you call a regular customer but when I need nails done I always come here because I know they are clean. Sanitization is still #1 and they are good with that... that is expected and that is 3 stars for expected. The reason they dropped 2 stars was because they couldn't do my desired wedding design on one nail and I had to settle for silver line and crystals. Secondly, I sent my fiance (now husband) to get a manicure for his first time and his nails looked worse than when he came in. They needed to buff them shiny and file them - that's all they needed to do. Instead they clipped them too short and left them jagged, and the buffing left them looking scratched up not shiny. His cuticles dont look soft... in fact his cuticles looked totally fine when he went in, but he came home and they looked red and irritated. I hate to leave the review this way, but for wedding photos with close ups of our fingers showing our rings, I cannot say i trust to come back after this, especially my husband.
