  • I don't recommend Sonja Duckstein as a defender for any case. Not only did she push to plea right away, she tried to charge me an additional $3,000 for a revocation packet that only cost me $105 to do myself. Her lousy defense has ruined my life and has kept me from employment for over two years. She doesn't fight for anything but increasing her fees and minimizing her workload. What kind of attorney tells you to just give up regardless of the facts? She's also been disciplined for abuse of her powers. Since posting this review, Sonja has since emailed me directly threatening to sue me for posting a negative review of her services. This review is my honest opinion of the services I paid for from Sonja Duckstein and she is now threatening me for exercising my right to free speech. I assume this is probably why all of her reviews are homogenously 5 stars; she threatens any of her clients who have a less than stellar review of her. She is completely unprofessional.
