  • Only use these guys if you're not in a hurry. Or even if you expect service in a reasonable amount of time. A contractor broke our window by mistake. They had Kelly's come out to measure and replace the window. It took them FIVE weeks to find the right replacement. Really? It's a window!!! Like thousands of others in the Vegas area. Then it had to be ordered. We were told it would arrive in 3-4 days. Well, over THREE WEEKS later, the window has arrived and it is installed. Seriously, who runs a business like this? Eight weeks to replace a basic window. We also wanted a new glass shower and initially thought we could use them for that too. Not going to happen. Ever.
