they refuse to tell me the radio station I needed to listen to in order to watch my movie and they refused to give me a refund because I could not hear the movie. there is no management that can help you, and employees working say that that is their policy and if I don't like it, too bad.
needless to say I will be spending my money elsewhere and I advise everyone to do the same.
businesses should be made to understand that if it's not for the customer spending their money they will be out of business.
