In this place you have to wait for the front desk agent to return from lunch in order to be called to see the doctor. The back room medical assistant then takes over for the front desk agent and all operations cease during this time. The doctor doesn't call the next checked in person; they simply don't do anything either. When the front desk agent returns from break, the medical assistant can then step away from the front desk and start calling on the next person. Does this make any sense at all to anyone? Poor poor management.
