  • I purchased a brand new Sonata SE Turbo from this dealership, and from the first time I drove it on a test drive, it pulled to the right. The car has now been back to the dealer 6 times, and they still haven't fixed it. Instead, they try to get me to believe the car is operating normally, and that any pulling is due to torque steer, road crowning, etc., none of which are true. Most of the Service department employees are rude, condescending, treat you like you're an idiot, and are completely unwilling to admit fault or help. The Service Manager even said "I can adjust the alignment so it doesn't pull anymore, but it will wear out tires really fast." Seriously? Why would you even offer that as an option. If you buy a car there, just pray you don't need any service, and if you do, take it to a different dealership.
