  • Where do I start? I've been coming here for a few years since moving to this side of town, it's been great and I'm satisfied with my service every time - until today. Today I go in for a car wash, pull through and park in the spot for detailing where I'm directed to - and am told I have a few rock chips needing repair. I just came back from a road trip so I say sure, that's expected. They move my car to a space in front of the C-Store. 20 minutes later I'm told the chips are all taken care of and they still need to finish the service/clean the interior. 40+ minutes of waiting later, I ask someone if he can give me an ETA on my car, he asks if I have my keys because the car is locked. He walks inside the store and comes back with my keys, tells me my car has been done for awhile (no kidding, I've been sitting for over an hour at this point) and that someone dropped my keys off inside the store and that I probably didn't hear them call my car. I didn't hear anything, I was sitting there the whole time, no one called it out. I'm anxious to leave at this point and get in my car to find it was cleaned mediocre at best, and I'm being generous. I can still see a thick layer of dust over places that were neglected, that should have been cleaned and dressed per the wash option I paid for. There's still dirt on my floor mats, and dog hair flying around that normally they easily vacuum up when I go in. It looks like the interior was barely touched. And the kicker? My windshield wiper light is now on and the wiper is bobbing around, obviously being pried up by hand instead of using the controls to raise them properly (this is how my Nissan wipers are made, don't ask me why, I agree it's a design flaw but you can tell just by looking at them you can't just pull them up, the hood of the car prevents that unless you use force thereby doing it wrong!) I'll have to get my wipers fixed at my car dealership and I'll now find a different car wash after a few years of coming here exclusively, because I'll never go back. What a shit show.
