  • I was planning to have my wedding here, we agreed on a date and then when I went to sign the papers, they noticed the date had already been taken. There was no other dates available in the months that I wanted. They did try to get me to have a weekday wedding but that's not what I wanted. Then the next day I received an email from them saying sorry about the inconvenience and they offered me invitations and a bunch of stuff for the wedding. They gave me the code to put in and everything. I thought what a nice company, making up for their mistake. Well that was a few months ago, never received anything I ordered, emailed them and never got an answer on what was going on with my order. I am disappointed on how this whole thing went down, it went from being overly excited about booking my wedding venue to having all that taken away because they weren't organized and double booked the date I wanted.
