  • SERVERS, management can't take your tips except under certain circumstances. If what you claim is true (see below), you can make a complaint to the Ministry of Labour. Check https://www.ontario.ca/page/new-laws-employees-tips For everyone else, beware of auto gratuity even for small groups. When they type the amount into the debit/credit card machine, it already includes 10% tip and then machine asks for more tip. Server said management gets the 10% and anything on top is the server's. Also some discrepancy between what servers say according to yelpers. Food was ok. Nothing spectacular but it wasn't bad. Probably wouldn't come back again.
