rev:text	I rated a 1 just because I cannot put a HUGE fat 0. These people are the worst!!! Used my home warranty and they are the ones who assigned them. When I scheduled the appointment I made sure they knew the washer to be repaired was upstairs. When the guy came in he looks around the machine and is totally rude to my in laws who were seniors telling them they don't understand English and he needed a second opinion. Btw he also smelled of alcohol. Partner is put on the phone to talk to guy and he said he needed another opinion and didn't tell what was wrong with the washer. Also laughs at my partner when asked what was wrong with the washer and the tech says he needed second opinion. I called back to the office and explained the situation stating that he didn't do anything and smelled of alcohol and that I am not going to pay him because he didn't do anything. They called the tech to explain. They called back and said that it was a confusion and needed a second guy but was booked all day until 6 to move the washer. They also was trying to book another appointment for the next day from 12-3. After I got off the call I called my home warranty to also explain what happened. Come to find out when I was on the phone they were on the other line explaining to them we were hostile and couldn't continue with the work order. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. How are senior citizens 72 and 80 year old hostile?! Now I still don't have my washer fixed and still have no idea what needs to be done. BTW I believe they might be affiliated with ABM APPLIANCE AND ELECTRONIC SERVICES. Don't use them either!!!!!
