  • This is really an incompetent company. I had to have 1300.00 of work done on my under 5 year old AC due to the worst installation done by Ken at Lee Collins. I filled a complaint with the BBB, but he did not answer it, of course. I had 3 AC companies look at my AC and all 3 said the same thing, Lee Collins did not install it correctly. He left out the "p-trap" so the coil sat in water and rotted. the coil alone is over 2K! Really think twice before using this company. Plus their service is terrible.
