  • Came to this place, a couple of times to change my oil. Every time I changed it here my trucks performed poorly. I also brought it here to repair a seat motor, they lost a part and broke the panel. I complained to the management but they didn't even apologize or offer popcorn at least. Today I saw some good Samaritans with signs saying that they install broken parts on vehicles and that they do other unprofessional things to your cars. Bad owners have bad management and bad management hire bad employees. The culture of this place doesn't deserve to sell the FORD brand. There are some good employees but far from few.
