  • I am completely pissed off! I went into this location to exchange my screen protector as the first one I was unable to get to stick. My husband and I went into this location about 10 minutes prior to closing. I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Edgar. He pointed us to the right direction and my husband and couldn't find them and asked for the help of a very nice gentleman who had a big pile of stock to put away he still took the time to walk us over to the screen protectors. Once we had the one we wanted we went over to customer service where again we were helped by a very nice younge women who assisted us with the exchange and was pleasant when we asked her about someone putting on the protector for us. This is where our experience turns bad. This young kid came out named Robert i believe to do the application he took my phone to the back which kind of scared me. A few minutes went by and he returned with my phone he said "Oh was I supposed to put it on " at this point I got a funny feeling, he handed me my phone and I looked at it i didn't feel a screen protector when i questioned him he assured me it was on there. My husband said he was sure it was on there and it was already past closing we could inspect it in the car. We made it out to our car and I told my husband there was no way there was anything on my screen. He looked at the screen and agreed with me and at this point im fuming. We go back to the doors and Edgar lets us back in I told him there was no protector on my phone he too inspected it and agreed. He then tracked down the kid who put it on who then proceeded to lie to us until we all told him there was no way there was a protector on my phone. He then tried to back peddle saying he didn't know why it wasn't on there he thought it had just applied clear. He then went back and actually applied a protector to my phone. It was clearly visible on my phone now. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak to the store manager. I will also not ever be back to this location!
