  • I bought a part from Appliance Parts Company and did not end up using it. I went to return it and was told I could not because the part had been installed. I did not install the part and asked him to show me what he was talking about. He showed me a spot on the part and said he could clearly see it was screwed in. The part clips into the machine not screws in and in a different area then we was showing me. He was either lying to me or they sold me a used part. Dishonesty and lack of integrity eventually catches up.
