  • I came here Monday to look at something and no one asked me if I needed anything. I went to the Best Buy in Metropolitan and same thing there. I decided to come back and I had to hunt someone down and when she realized I needed help she gave me a smart remark like I was bothering her. Mind you she did look at me and looked the other way. How horrible. I might return this and just wait for an Amazon order. This reminds me of why I rather shop online than go to the stores - customer service is lacking definitely. A robot could do a better job.
