  • Wow what an experience this was! Watching the flaming fajitas come to the tables to tasting the delicious hand crafted margaritas this was nothing like anything else here at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino. Not only was the Guacamole and salsa made to perfection the chicken tacos wrapped in lettuce was nothing less than perfect. Now you can order all of these things off the menu however your not going to get this experience without the help of Joe! He guided us through the menu and directed our attention to exactly what our taste buds were craving. Funny story my friend even unbuttoned his pants because he was so full and wanted to eat the last taco so all I can say is Joe thank you! What an awesome place to visit and I hope you all enjoy as much as I did!!!
