  • I was here maybe a week ago and the guy that worked at the front is nice but I don't really like the way they do their line system. I Order my food and when it was time to get my drink he told me I could go to the refrigerator and pick a drink as I walked over there and grab a bottle water and came back five other people were being taken care of and here I am waiting in line again for him to finish all these five people before checking me out. I've already waited in line before I ordered and now I have to wait again because I went to go get a drink. They need to improve on that and not have to make someone wait all over again just because they went to go grab a bottle water. Also when I ordered my sandwich with sunny side up eggs and Chinese sausage sandwiches he said it was extra for sunny side up eggs and extra for sausage which was fine I have no problem with that. But when I receive the sandwiches it was missing sausages and when I told the guy at the front about it but I guess since it wasn't the original guy that checked me out the guy told me that they normally don't put sausages with the Sunny Side eggs. I know that and I paid extra just to have the sausages put in there so I would like to be able to have my sausages which I ordered. Overall they were nice about it and I did like the banh cuon there. I will come back again and hopefully they will improve this time.
