  • I went to this store to get 3 new iPhones for the family and have never been treated worse by a very rude female employee that act mad that she had to get up to help me. I was told that because 1 phones contract was only 10 months old that I would have to pay for 2 months on my contract and then could order a new phone.But then I would have to wait 1 to 2 months to get my new phones. Would I not just pay the remaining time when the new phone arrived. So then a female supervisor came over and rudely told me that I was not getting out of my contract without paying first and if I didn't like their policy to take my business somewhere else. So I knew I had to leave before I told these ladies how unprofessional they were. I was not trying to get out of anything I was simply wanting help ordering new phones. I guess when it's close to closing time they no longer want business. Yes I will be taking my business somewhere else
