  • Most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel like other people should be warned before they go to this store... The text messages on my phone were taking an excruciatingly long time to send, about 15-30 minutes for each text to go through. I called customer support and they immediately told me I would need a new SIM and that I could go into a store to get one for free... Now, before I go any further, I want to make one thing clear - I do not look down on the disabled, nor do I discriminated based on age. I actually run a non-profit committed to helping disabled people improve their reading and writing abilities. I work with many disabled people and they happen to be some of the most creative people I know... I get to this store and am greeted by a twitchy sow of a woman with an overbite, cross eyes, and a bottom lip that just. wouldn't. stop. twitching. Let me give you a visual of what I had to work with: This woman, whom could not have been over 20, looked like she was born to play the role of every Neanderthal in every movie with a cavewoman in it of all time - EXCEPT for the sexy ones. In fact, I'm fairly confident her nametag said "Grok". I told her what my problem was and she gave me a new SIM. Despite the fact that she tried to charge me for it, replacing the SIM did not work and my text messages still crawled slower than prehistoric snail fossils moving uphill. Grok let out a series of grunts which I interpreted as "Let me see your phone". I reluctantly handed it to her. For the 30 minutes, I stood there and watched Grok try a series of things that I watched her read directly off of the T-mobile.com troubleshooting page. None of them worked. Her co-worker came over. He must have been 18 or 19, but looked much more Vegas than Flintstone. He tried a series of things that didn't work. The entire time I kept asking them what was going on, trying to get them to loop me in. 100% of the time, this guy's answer was, "You're phone is being all weird, bro." Okay. I knew that when I came in here. What are you doing now? "We're trying to get your phone to stop being weird bro." And so on... An hour later, I left the T-mobile store on Craig... Grok did not help me with anything, and from reading the other reviews, I suspect they will not be helping anyone else with any of their problems, and apparently corporate DGAF. This place was a waste of time, but hopefully this review will save someone out there the time I lost.
