  • When we went the first time with a reservation for a big group, it took FOREVER for them to give us the lanes which completely defeats the purpose of a reservation. Some of our people even had to wait longer as they did not have enough bowling lanes free. Being stupid, we went there again and this time, wrote our names on BOTH the billiard and bowling list. They also told us that if we come back in 2 hours, it should be good. We received absolutely no calls. We called them 2 times to verify how high we were on the wait list and they would not say anything and just were simply rude. They kept repeating to us that there was a wait list and it's a busy day. Fine enough, we go back and the employee for bowling tells us they called us but yet we have absolutely no calls from that number. We go to Billiard and same story. Their system of so called "wait list" sucks and their employees are rude. Definitely a bad place. I would avoid like the plague.
