  • I'm between a 3 and a 4... rounding down primarily due to the service. We stayed for 2 nights in a wedding group with a close by venue. The room wasn't cleaned, even after calling to ask for it to be cleaned. I called the following day to ask for towels, since it hadn't been cleaned... they were far from apologetic. The rooms seemed fairly updated and the common areas were pretty modern. As with most hotels, the air is suuuuuper dry. Parking garage is tight. And the slope up is brutal.
