  • I needed assistance ordering a Pottery Barn Warren Pulley desk task lamp that was not available at the Scottsdale Quarter store. The salesperson who assisted me, Susie, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She personally called the online customer service department and then she called me right back so I didn't need to wait on the phone. Susie was not only able to get the order through, but made sure that my new Pottery Barn credit card coupons and free shipping were applied to the order, making this purchase a real steal. I received the lamp right to my door super-quickly in only a few days. I couldn't be happier with Susie's in-store customer service as well as with Pottery Barn's online ordering department.
