What can we say. The purchasing process was great - salesperson, everything. Until, we were sold a hotspot we were told we "had" to buy in order to be qualified for the cheaper phone plan. After later speaking to a rep online, we realized we could return it and still get the same deal. When we went to store, they were going to give us a refund for $5 since there was a $25 restocking fee for a hotspot that was 1 week old and still in the package. Bravo to the manager for making things right - but we will not be back for your dishonest sales people. No one wants to be forced to buy, especially when your salespeople are just after commission. We will stick to buying online moving forward.
