  • A technician from Dino (not sure if I can reveal his first name) came and repaired my Whirlpool surface burner 3 weeks ago. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. It is a bit more expensive (which is why I am not giving a 5-stars ranking), but I really got what I paid for. The technician is professional and efficient. He replaced my spark igniter within the 30 minute service charge so I didn't pay any extra on labor. Dino also sold parts at a very reasonable price. I would certainly do business with them in the future.
