  • I wish I could give this 0 stars. The manager there (O'neal) is terrible. I rented a $100 tool and was told I didn't need to bring back my receipt because it was under my warranty history and that they would return it that way. I brought the tool back a couple weeks later and they couldn't find the tool in my warranty file and said I wasn't able to return it and that I was unable to get my $100 back. I will NEVER go to this autozone again.
