  • I attended my first AIR Aerial Fitness class on Sunday during the community class offering. Overall, I LOVED it. Stephanie, the instructor, was great! She combined a lot of stretching exercises with strengthening and core workout, and it was all much more challenging than I was expecting (which is a good thing)! The studio is really modern-looking when you walk in. It's very clean. They sell yoga clothes and accessories. The aerial room where the silks are is a bright room with an entire wall of windows. It's very relaxing, bright, and fun! I felt totally safe throughout the class and Stephanie moved around to help people take the right position and get the most out of the class. The only reason I give this class 4 stars instead of 5 is that my silk smelled kind of funky/sweaty. I guess that is to be expected, but I was still a little surprised. I do think I will be back to AIR Aerial Fitness as I found the workout to be exhilarating and challenging.
