  • The previous review on AMA was based on immediately following the install of the water softener they did. About 6 months later we noticed the salt in the reserve tank didn't decrease at all. Also, we have noticed NO change in the condition of the water. We left COUNTLESS messages with AMA only for them to NOT be returned. When you call them, you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes or get disconnected. When I finally made contact on December 17, the person stated their water tech will be out until 2017. Needless to say I called a different RELIABLE company (Las Vegas Quality Water Works) they came out and pointed out the system AMA installed is indeed a great product, however the Tech who installed it crimped the internal water supply lines and did NOT program the system properly. Now it's working the way its suppose to. NEVER AGAIN AMA and shame on your service!! Get your stuff together and improve or GET OUT!!
