  • Buyer beware: we went in to get a simple alignment. We had called prior to ensure they could do an alignment on a car that was lowered. They were adamant that they could. When we walked in Thomas was extremely nice and helpful. When we started the alignment, Angel took the car on a test drive (which we weren't informed he would be doing otherwise we would have wanted to be in the car as well). When he came back the car was shaking violently and it looked as if he was jerking the brakes. I'm not talking about the shaking it does when you need an alignment (which it didn't start shaking until 60mph while we had it) We should have said something because he was jerking the car but we didn't because we just assumed he wouldn't do anything to ruin it. After the alignment they tell us we need a whole new front end and that everything rotors control arm, it's all torn. Which is crazy because all of those were brand new and just replaced. They told us to sell the car and that it wasn't worth fixing. Weird because we just fixed everything on the car and all the parts were brand new. We're pissed obviously and we drive the car home. When we have our mechanic look at the car, he says the bottom of the front end is scraped. So what happened, which the shop won't admit to, is that Angel bottomed out in our car or ran over a curb and ruined the front end. Then hey proceeded to do the alignment (which wasn't possible for the car in the end) to make it seem as if the alignment had messed up the car and not angels driving. Their cameras will show that when angel drove out of the parking lot the car was easily drive-able and when he drove back in the car was jerking all over the place. Doesn't add up. They wouldn't pay for the parts he damaged and denied any wrong doing and were extremely rude when we tried to talk to them over the phone about it. They also lied and said the car was shaking violently when we drove it in which was not the case and they can see that by checking their security tapes. We ended up having to sell the car because they had damaged so badly. Honestly all we wanted was for them to replace the parts they had damaged in the front end. But they didn't feel like doing the honest thing was something they could handle. They have zero integrity. Don't let angel touch your car.
