  • I found this place upon searching for an alternative to the dealership to service our E350. I am so glad that I did! They are at least 50% less expensive in cost compared to the dealership and the service was excellent. When we arrived, we received a friendly and warm greeting from Zach. He provided us with great service and is extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to even drop us off to a close restaurant while we waited for our service to be complete. Once our service was completed, he picked us up! Any questions or concerns that we had, he answered. I am truly grateful for the service that MBZ Scottsdale Service provides. We are now permanent customers here and have already referred other Benz owners. So I will say, if you want great service for your Benz and don't want to be screwed by the stealership, PLEASE come here and give these guys a chance to care for vehicle. You will be glad that you did, I know we are! Thank you MBZ Scottsdale Service!
