When we decided to lease a Prius we contacted all of the Toyota dealerships around town to see who had the car in the color we wanted. We had received quotes from all of them and they were all fairly similar. Once we got to these dealerships, it was a different however. We felt like we were being treated like idiots and more importantly, we were being taken advantage of. We had given up but decided to try one last dealership that had sent us a quote. We emailed Paula and AutoNation and she was beyond amazing. She had the right color car, and she not only gave us the price we wanted (way cheaper than Centennial), she actually quoted us a lower price than we asked. Knowing how terrible Centennial was, she made buying the car the most painless process possible. She sent us paperwork via email so signing for and picking up the car took about an hour. Have you ever spent only an hour test driving then purchasing a car?! No you haven't, not unless you worked with Paula at Autonation.
After leasing the car, I still take it there for all my oil changes (wifi and cappuccinos while you wait) and still happy as ever. PS they also gave me a free bottle of touch up paint for the car :)
