  • Seeing as how this was my first time in Vegas I had no preconceived notions about Prime, and had never heard of it, so I walked in with an open mind. I ordered the Soy-Garlic Glazed NY Strip, and the Truffel Mashed Potatoes, and it was amazing. Sometimes you get steaks from restaurants who take so much pride in their steaks, but in my opinion without some type of sauce or glaze, it's just bland to me, I don't care how tender it is. I am a man of FLAVOR...lol. This glaze was soooo good, even after I knew I was full I was determined to finish that steak. There was no way it was going to waste, not one bite. The service was great, the environment calm, chill, and relaxing, very classy. The only thing I wasn't impressed by was the Caesar Salad. I think I had a Caesar Salad every day in Vegas and in my opinion it wasn't as impressive as the steak, not bad, just wasn't impressed.
