tl;dr: YMMV with food and drinks, surly service.
You have to know what you're looking for location-wise - my friend and I lost ourselves in Langham Square for at least five minutes, weaving inside and outside and through multiple levels before locating this place. (Hint: it's near T&T Supermarket and it's on level 1.5.)
My group was seated as a table of eight around a spacious table. Puzzlingly, we were asked whether we needed a high chair. Overall, a pleasant, clean place.
The clear star of the show was the honey matcha brick toast - the matcha ice cream and the honey toast really work nicely together, although the contrast between hot and cold required some adjustment from the teeth. A pleasantly different take from what I've had in Vancouver.
I ordered the signature dish with sausages and braised pork. Taste-wise, it was a bit flat to be honest but not a deal breaker. The marinated egg was far overdone though, with a layer of rubbery texture on the inside.
One of my friends had the popcorn chicken. It had all of the appropriate flavours but was too dry.
The taro milk tea I had was average, but the tapioca was apparently excellent based on the opinion of the bubble tea expert sitting at my table.
The unfortunate part was the service though. Our waitress served us with a bit of attitude, which rubbed some of us the wrong way.
I hear the that the snow and shaved ice are solid choices. Perhaps next time.
