  • I had a problem with my four year old gas pressure washer. The engine ran fine, but the water pump failed, so I called Interstate to discuss my problem. They were very friendly and helpful. I gave them my washer, they called me with the solution and had the washer ready as promised. It runs better now then when it was new. Everyone I encountered at Interstate, from my initial call, to the repair person calling me back to discuss the problem, dropping it off and picking it up were exceptional. It is difficult to find a place you could trust with problems like this. I have complete confidence in the service.
