  • Two stars for service. We live on UH and enjoy the taste and quality of WS. At one point we were ordering every other weekend. Unfortunately the last 4-5 times that we've attempted to order we were placed on hold for over 5 minutes or they just never answered. I would estimate that our average order is about $25-$30. Granted we usually order on Friday or Saturday but that is NO excuse. We're close to throwing the towel in....the owner needs to see this and improve his/her operation ASAP.
