  • I just had a baby in May and was seen at both Gilbert and chandler practices during my pregnancy. I had great experiences with the NP and most of the doctors. If I were rating them alone I'd be giving 5 stars and a great review! But the reception staff was rude almost every single time I checked in (more so in chandler than Gilbert) and talked down to like I was an idiot on a regular basis. My 1 star review comes down to customer service and billing practices. I made several large payments during my pregnancy towards my big balance - and am now making regular monthly payments to pay off the entire amount. But because I have an outstanding amount due they have refused to see me for even a well visit until the bill is paid off. I have a $3k bill from the hospital as well as $2k total from valley women. Add to that a newborn and 2 other kids to provide for, I just can't pay my big bill off in 3-4 payments. I escalated my case to the office manager and got nowhere other than humiliated and infuriated! I will gladly take my business elsewhere for good and persuade friends and family to go somewhere else. They lost what could've been a lifetime client.
