  • To err is human, to admit and rectify, a good businessman! Dominic from Franklin Auto contacted me and we both had a conversation regarding the situation which led me to write my previous review. There has been some issues and they have been duly rectified. He gave a detailing coupon (Express Wax) and this time around, the results were much better. They have new people and it reflected in the quality of work. I am really impressed with the level of professionalism Dominic and his employees showed. This place has definitely earned my business once again!
